无绝缘高温超导线圈具有良好的电热稳定性和机械紧凑性,但其充电过程中却有明显的磁场延迟现象。为详细了解无绝缘高温超导线圈励磁过程的瞬态特性,建立了无绝缘高温超导线圈的同轴圆环等效电路模型。通过绕制一个670匝的无绝缘高温超导双饼线圈,在液氮温度下进行不同充电速率的励磁实验,初步验证了等效电路模型的正确性。基于该模型,针对线圈励磁过程的充电和恒流阶段,仿真得到了线圈各匝的径向电流分布规律和电热损耗特性。  相似文献

Zinc sulfide (ZnS), which belongs to transition metal monochalcogenides, is a semiconductor material with wide direct band gap. It can potentially show some special applications (such as luminescence, phosphor, sensors, infrared window materials, photocatalysis) by changing the morphology, size, and crystal structure of semiconductor materials. However, ZnS nanospheres have not been studied as optical modulators until now. Herein, ZnS nanospheres are synthesized by the hydrothermal method and are used to realize optical modulators in an Er-doped fiber laser. The evanescent field effect is utilized to incorporate the ZnS nanospheres on a tapered fiber. Furthermore, with the increase in pump power, the modulation interval gradually decreases to a minimum of 34.36 ns corresponding to the modulation frequency of 29.1 MHz, which is the highest modulation frequency to our knowledge in a ring cavity all-fiber laser. These results demonstrate ZnS nanospheres together with the interaction of dispersion and nonlinearity in optical fibers can modulate the proposed lasers. This not only provides a new method for controlling the power and frequency of all optical modulators, but also marks an important step for ZnS materials in optics research and device applications.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

We theoretically investigated the influences of the magnetic field and light polarisation on the electronic and optical properties of a GaAs/GaAlAs pseudo-elliptic quantum ring, modelled by an outer ellipsis and an inner circle, in the presence of the Rashba and Dresselhaus spin–orbit interactions and Zeeman effect. We show that Aharonov-Bohm oscillations of the energy spectrum are not affected by the presence of the Zeeman effect alone but, in the presence of Rashba and Dresselhaus spin–orbit couplings, the periodicity of certain levels becomes hardly definite. The Zeeman effect generally enhances/diminishes the separation levels produced by Rashba/Dresselhaus interactions (SOI) and when both types of SOI are considered, the effect depends on their relative strength. The magnetic field can trigger spin-flip for each type of spin–orbit interaction and Zeeman effect or their combination through anticrossings in the energy spectra. Our results reveal that the absorption spectra are very sensitive to the magnetic field and light polarisation. For all polarisations considered, the magnetic field increment leads to the redshift or blueshift of some particular peaks (an effect of this ring geometry) and a better separation of the peaks. The x-polarised light determines spectra with many small, but separated peaks while the circular polarised light leads to spectra with large peaks of high amplitude.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Numerical approximations of the solution of a boundary value problem when an exact solution is not available can be constructed by means of a variety of methods. In this paper, we present a technique that is based on the integral representation of the solution of an elliptic problem and the properties of the associated layer potentials. The procedure is illustrated in application to the mathematical model of bending of plates with transverse shear deformation in a finite domain, in the presence of Dirichlet, Neumann, and Robin conditions prescribed on the boundary.  相似文献

In this paper, a reconstruction problem of the spatial dependent acoustic source from multiple frequency data is discussed. Suppose that the source function is supported on a bounded domain and the piecewise constant intensities of the source are known on the support. We characterize unknown domain by the level set technique. And the level set function can be modeled by a Hamilton-Jacobi system. We use the ensemble Kalman filter approach to analyze the system state. This method can avoid to deal with the nonlinearity directly and reduce the computation complexity. In addition, the algorithm can achieve the stable state quickly with the Hamilton-Jacobi system. From some numerical examples, we show these advantages and verify the feasibility and effectiveness.  相似文献

The properties of polymeric materials are dictated not only by their composition but also by their molecular architecture. Here, by employing brush‐first ring‐opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP), norbornene‐terminated poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) macromonomers ( MM‐n , linear architecture), bottlebrush polymers ( Brush‐n , comb architecture), and brush‐arm star polymers ( BASP‐n , star architecture), where n indicates the average degree of polymerization (DP) of PEO, are synthesized. The impact of architecture on the thermal properties and Li+ conductivities for this series of PEO architectures is investigated. Notably, in polymers bearing PEO with the highest degree of polymerization, irrespective of differences in architecture and molecular weight (~100‐fold differences), electrolytes with lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide (LiTFSI) as an Li+ source exhibit normalized ionic conductivities (σn) within only 4.9 times difference (σn = 29.8 × 10?5 S cm?1 for MM‐45 and σn = 6.07 × 10?5 S cm?1 for BASP‐45 ) at a concentration of Li+ r = [Li+]/[EO] = 1/12 at 50 °C. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
